Not at all. Our tastings are designed for everyone, from absolute beginners to seasoned pros. We have a strict “no-snobbery” policy—we’re here to share knowledge, not gatekeep it.
We feature a curated selection of 100% Italian wines, focusing on small-scale, independent, and low-intervention producers we know personally.
Group tastings are conducted in English. For private events, we can host in Italian or Spanish upon request.
To keep the conversation lively and intimate, our group sessions usually range from 2 to 12 people. Looking for something exclusive? Private tastings for any group size can also be arranged.
To keep your palate neutral and focus on the wine, we serve water and artisanal taralli crackers. A gluten-free option is available if requested in advance.
VinoRoma is an adult-oriented environment. We do not admit children under 12. Teenagers (13–18) are welcome if they can entertain themselves quietly; please note the legal drinking age in Italy is 18.
As a small studio with limited seating, late cancellations significantly impact us.
- More than 48 hours notice: Full refund (minus processing fees) or free reschedule.
- 48 to 24 hours notice: Full value issued as a gift voucher for future use.
- Less than 24 hours (or no-show): No refunds or vouchers.
