1. Bookings & Payment

  • Advance Payment: Full payment is required to secure your reservation.
  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed immediately upon successful payment. You will receive an automated confirmation email—please check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.
  • Pricing: All prices are per person and include the tasting experience, wines, water, and taralli, unless otherwise specified for a private event.

2. Cancellations & Modifications

We are a small business with limited seating, so no-shows and late cancellations significantly impact us.

  • More than 48 hours notice: You may cancel for a full refund (minus any non-refundable third-party processing fees) or move your booking to a new date at no cost.
  • Between 48 and 24 hours notice: We will issue you a gift voucher for the full amount to be used for any future event.
  • Less than 24 hours notice (or no-show): No refunds or vouchers will be issued.
  • How to modify: All requests for changes or cancellations must be sent via email to ciao@vinoroma.com or made by phone at: +39 347 8926336.

3. Eligibility & Conduct

  • Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our wine tastings. Children under 12 are not admitted. Teenagers (13–18) are welcome to attend if they are accompanied by an adult and can entertain themselves quietly.
  • Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may disrupt the flow of the tasting for other guests.

4. Accuracy & Changes

  • Event Validity: Tastings are valid only for the date and time booked.
  • Wine Selection: While we strive to follow our planned themes, we reserve the right to substitute wines based on seasonal availability or quality.
  • VinoRoma Cancellations: In the rare event that we must cancel a session (e.g., due to illness or not reaching the 2-person minimum), we will offer you a full refund or an alternative date.
