Products/Services are valid only for the dates displayed on the description pages.
Payment through PayPal, all major credit cards and direct bank transfer (only within the EU) are accepted.
VinoRoma does not charge a service fee for processing credit card payments.
Full payment is required to make a reservation.
Payment will be listed as VinoRoma on your credit card statement.
The requests for modifications/amendments must be directed to VinoRoma by email or phone.
Prior to the Event:
Please refer to the cancellation policy listed in the following section below.
After the Event:
No refunds are available once an event has begun.
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled event. This gives us the opportunity to fill your spot. You may cancel by phone, email or on our website here to receive a full refund (minus fees). If you must cancel your booking between 48 and 24 hours before the event, we will issue you a gift voucher to be used for any future event. Please note that if you cancel within 24 hours of the event, your payment will not be reimbursed.
Prices of all events are per person, unless otherwise specified.
Included are the wines being tasted (normal quantities for tasting), water and bread. Special arrangements may include further food and drink options; these will be stated in relevant descriptions on our website and/or emails during arrangement. Any other products or services are not included in the stated prices.
We check and recheck facts about the products/services being offered to ensure accuracy. When we know of a significant change in advance, we will notify the client.
In all bookings, the person making the reservation shall be considered having accepted the booking conditions on behalf of all the persons named in the booking. The contract will be governed by and subject to the Terms and Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of VinoRoma.
