VinoRoma & Solovino: Christmas Edition

This month, feeling the full holiday spirit, we at VinoRoma along with our friends at Solovino have teamed up to offer a tasting focusing on just one single and important protagonist…Champagne!

This will be an occasion to taste Champagnes from vignerons that might be considered eclectic, heretical, definitely lively! These are Champagnes that don’t follow necessarily the rules of the road “to the letter”, instead choosing to experiment and go beyond. We’ll taste some cuvées with an extremely limited circulation from some of the most sought-after producers in the moment (for those who drink natural): Clandestin e Charles Dufour! But not just that: we’ll also taste several other emerging producers and even broaden our viewpoint to look…well let’s just say elsewhere…
