Park Fest with Fra i Monti!

For our June event, we are partnering with the minds behind the Wine Park festival (and its older brother, Beer Park) which takes place in the Valle dell’Aniene Nature Reserve in Northeastern Rome. The official start date for the wine-soaked festivities is Friday, June 16. However, VinoRoma, along with some of our peers in the Rome wine scene, will be taking part in a sort of sneak preview the week leading up to the main event. Our reserved date is Tuesday, June 13. And we’ve called out some ringers to make the right impression: our good friends at Fra i Monti winery straight out of Southern Lazio.

Rocco and the gang will be presenting some of the new vintages of their classic labels and even some brand new bottlings as they discuss their experiences making wine from grapes harvested all around their home in the Ciociaria. The event will run from 7:30 to 9:00pm and the cost is €25 for members and non-members alike, which includes €5 for the tasting glass that can be used again at the Wine Park festival.
