A journey into the world of the beloved pét-nat – sparkling wines made using the ancestral method, the oldest known way to make bubbles.
Long before Champagne, this style involved a single fermentation that finishes in the bottle, with no disgorging and no artificial additions. The result? Cloudy, rustic, living wines that are full of energy – each bottle is a little adventure.
🍾 With special guest Andrea Auletta from Auro, guiding us through the stories and bottles – from vineyard to glass.
Throughout the evening, we’ll taste various interpretations of these natural wines, each paired with handmade pizza and fried delights from our neighbors at Zizzi Pizza.
