The Lotus Eaters Wine Collective, a group of close-knit, passionate winemakers from Tbilisi, is flying in with their wines—and their wild, wonderful Georgian energy—in tow. They’re bringing ancient techniques, bold ideas, and plenty of bottles to pop.
