La Terza Stagione: Autumn, the Season of Change

Autumn is the third season of the year, but it is also and above all a period of change. Leaves change colors, animals change their fur in preparation for winter, and trees change their appearance, shedding their leaves.

It symbolizes a new beginning, whether it is the return to work after vacation, the start of a new school year, or the beginning of a new sports season.

The evening will be dedicated to four “new release” wines from four different producers — wines that have recently emerged, still little known or even awaiting market release. This will all be accompanied by four dishes prepared by Chef Alessandra D’Errico, inspired by the season and the products of this period.
