La Estrella Solitaria

Chile, one of the most important wine producers in South America, also boasts one of the oldest winemaking traditions among the countries of the Southern Hemisphere. In Chile, certain vine-threatening disasters, particularly phylloxera, never arrived, making it a truly unique wine region.

A land—and its wines—waiting to be discovered. On Sunday, March 30th, we’ll have the chance to do just that, traveling from the country’s central region down to the south, in the Itata Valley, an area rich in vineyards and home to emerging winemakers.

The 6 wines selected for the tasting have been personally chosen by our dear friend, Chef Cristóbal Velásquez. During his recent trip back home, he had the opportunity to seek out and meet the producers in person, curating a truly intriguing selection of artisanal local wines.

Each wine will be paired with 6 traditional dishes from the region, prepared by Cristóbal himself. We’ve been looking forward to this event for a long time now. This is one not to miss! Book your spot below:
