Gli Aromatici
For our March event our protagonists are the one, the only, the aromatic varieties!
Aromatic grape varieties stand out for their ability to create wines with distinctive and complex aromas. These are the so-called primary aromas that belong to the grape itself, and therefore also known as “varietal” aromas. Grapes whose skins have a higher concentration of terpenes — biomolecules that determine the bold aromatics of the grape type in question.
Sunday 24 March at 6pm at the historic enoteca L’Angolo Divino, just a few steps from Campo de’ Fiori, we will discover 5 aromatic wines from 5 different producers coming from various parts of Italy. All combined with the dishes prepared for the occasion by owner Massimo Crippa who will be hosting us for the occasion.
