On Monday, September 18, we’re bringing a taste of Argentina right here to the Wine Studio! Thanks to the participation of our friend, sommelier Florencia Bengolea, we’ll be pouring six unique, low-intervention wines from around this beautiful and diverse country. Expect delicious Malbecs, of course, but also a many interesting surprises\u2026we’re talking rare wines with a micro-production of 600-700 bottles each, grown in altitudes as high as 2,400 meters (7,800 feet) above sea level!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And no Gaucho tasting would be complete without the proper food pairing. So we’ve enlisted our Monti neighbors I Monticiani<\/a> to prepare authentic Argentinian dishes to go with each wine.
