This will be an occasion to taste Champagnes from vignerons that might be considered eclectic, heretical, definitely lively! These are Champagnes that don’t follow necessarily the rules of the road “to the letter”, instead choosing to experiment and go beyond. We’ll taste some cuv\u00e9es with an extremely limited circulation from some of the most sought-after producers in the moment (for those who drink natural): Clandestin e Charles Dufour! But not just that: we’ll also taste several other emerging producers and even broaden our viewpoint to look…well let’s just say elsewhere…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
