Private Winery Tour

Come with us on a trip to the Lazio countryside just outside of the city to visit some of the most interesting low-intervention wineries in the region today. Tour the vineyards with the winemakers while they explain what it really means to grow grapes following organic and biodynamic practices. Then visit their wine cellars to see and understand how those grapes go from the fields to the barrel to the bottle. And finally, sit down in the tasting room to try the final result, paired with local artisanal meats and cheeses.
